Our Registered Nurse RN will review your health history, Physicians diagnosis, functional ability, home safety, behavior management interventions, and nutritional requirements among others during this initial visit.
Our Registered Nurse RN will create a plan in connection with your physician, behavior analyst, family members and personal requirements to address your physical, mental, emotional and dietary needs. Non-medical home care assisting those who require assistance with day-to-day activities. Includes bathing, grooming, dressing , mobility and restroom assistance.
Non-medical emotional support and socialization. Assist adults with a variety of tasks including, Light Housekeeping, Bathing, Dressing, Toileting, Transferring, Feeding, Night time assistance, Transportation, meal planning, laundry, etc. Post surgical care, Physician house calls, care treatments, Respiratory care, developmental disorders, congenital defects, neuromuscular diseases, and more. Non-medical support i nterventions assisting with the management of challenging behaviors that interfere with activities of daily living, social interactions with the outcome of learning new skills and reducing or replacing problem behaviors.
