California Reconnect is a robust, student-centered program designed to bring adult learners back to complete their educational goals. InsideTrack has brought together a coalition of community college, university, and nonprofit partners to help former students return to complete their credentials.

This is my first time in college, or I am a transfer student, a dual credit student who wants to continue at VVC or has only taken continuing education courses. Returning Students. I took classes at Victor Valley College after graduating high school or have not been enrolled within the last 12 months and want to be readmitted.
High School Students. I'm a current high school student and want to take college credit courses simultaneously. Noncredit Students.
I'm looking for noncredit courses for professional development, career workforce training, or picking up a new hobby. International Students. All international students must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration for classes.
An international student attending on a non-immigrant student visa F-l is required by the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service to maintain full-time student status. This requires a completion of a minimum of 12 units for each semester in attendance.
