Once relaxed, calm and warm, you will then be treated to your choice of face or body treatments in our peaceful day spa room with minute, minute or minute treatment options. The Ultimate Relaxation Experience is restricted to guests 12 years old and above. The time allocated includes changing time. Health Advisory We advise anyone with an underlying medical or health condition to consult their doctor should they have any queries regarding the use of the hot pools. Due to associated health risks, we do not offer massage for women in their first trimester.
A facial will be offered instead. As per our health and policy, we do not allow children under the age of 5 to enter the Hot Pool or Pool room as they can easily become overheated and dehydrated.
