I have always found myself being drawn to helping people, and after bringing my second daughter into this world, I knew that birth work was what I was destended to do. As a Doula I help birthing families have a positive, beautiful, instinctive, and empowering birth. This is accomplished by supporting the birthing family during pregnancy, birth, labor and postpartum. I specialize in helping birthing families find and resolve birthing fears as well as being a resource for all questions and providing helpful outside resources.
No matter what your birth plan looks like, I am here and ready to support you on this beautiful journey. Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support before, during and after the birthing process. Ideally these classes would be taken between weeks pregnant but in most cases we can make arrangements for birthing persons who are past this gestational age range.
