The course will be based on understanding 1. Working through the flow of a Thai Massage sequence. You will be able to complete a sequence, giving a fully body massage, moving through a traditional sequence supine, side, prone. This 30 hours course is open to everyone no prerequisites : β from the complete beginner who has no hands-on experience and wishes simply to be able to give a good massage to family and friends, β to the yoga teacher, health professional physiotherapist, osteopath, nurseβ¦ who wishes to expand his or her therapeutic techniques.
The main outcomes of the course: β the understanding of Thai massage principles centering, grounding, the four sublime states: Metta, Karuna, Mudita, Uppekha and more ; β the learning of a complete 90 minute full body Thai massage sequence; βIt is a deep transformative experience teaching us the way we move, interact and communicate; Daily Schedule Saturday and Sunday: 9.
Drawing from an Anusara background she uses principles of alignment combined with devotional flow to create an eclectic and unique mix. Having spent years and hundreds of hours training in Thai massage and Osteothai, she offers her knowledge of sacred touch when both adjusting and teaching students in yoga, and offering healing treatments.
