All of our practitioners are bilingual and our clinic is open 7 days a week, conveniently located a 5 minute walk from Itaewon station. So, I want to thank Mr. Don Lee who helped me with my knee rehab. I was trying to get back on my feet no pun intended after my left leg had been in a cast for 6 weeks. As anyone would know, my leg had atrophied and was very weak. Originally, I went to a local orthopedic hospital where it had a rehab center.
I am sure this doesn't explain for all hospital rehab centers, but the one I went to, the therapist made me do exercises that seemed a bit overwhelming for the muscle strength that I had on my knee.
After over a month, it wasn't improving very much and the therapist was asking about exercises that he had never assigned to me. So, I decided to change, and I had an experience with my shoulder awhile back at Create Wellness and decided to inquire here again. This place is definitely the place to go with very professional and knowledgeable therapists who know what kind of exercises to assign to you.
