My husband and I stayed at Windsor Place for two months after his surgery. We stayed in a furnished respite apartment. This was a great decision. The staff at Windsor Place is kind and extremely helpful and will do almost anything to help a resident. The aides are wonderful and are available 24 hours a day. The three meals a day in the dining room are very good. We did not partake in many of the activities, but residents have a chance to do crafts, exercise, see movies, attend "happy hour" planned out with all COVID precautions.
Windsor Place Assisted Living is a very nice place to live when help is needed. We would definitely chose it again. Karen R. Many times I would visit and find him sitting in the dining room with a big smile and tapping his feet to the "old time" music you had playing.
The words to describe your wonderful staff are kind, conscietious, and compassionate. I always felt George was safe in your care. Your protocols were impeccable in protecting your residents. The many fine programs you offered your residents also impressed me. George always seemed busy and happy and engaged. Thank you! Lorna T. Karen K. Sandra C. She is very pleasant, working hard and in constant communication to help our parent's transition. We appreciate the willingness of the facility to allow my mother, Kathleen, to recently start taking part in activities on the Assisted Living side, although her unit is on the Enhanced side.
She is enjoying he "expanded" activities in another part of the building. I realize that this does take extra time and attention for staff to oversee and monitor and it is greatly appreciated.
