The grapes for the Mondet Bordeaux Cabernet Franc - Le Grand Verdus come from carefully cultivated vineyards in the heart of Bordeaux, where the ideal combination of climate and soil conditions provides the best prerequisites for high-quality wines.
The harvest is carried out by hand to select only the best grapes. After the picking, the grapes are gently destemmed and vinified at controlled temperatures to best extract the fruity aromas. The wine then matures in high-quality barriques, where it further gains in complexity and elegance before being bottled. Particularly recommended are braised lamb dishes and juicy beef fillets that benefit from the tannic properties of the wine.
