With a career at Southwest Key Programs, you will unlock opportunities for both yourself and the children we serve. Whether you are in direct care or administrative support, you will make an impact with us and improve the lives of families across the country. Come prepared! We recommend job seekers to apply in advance.
A non-profit job can be one of the most rewarding career paths an individual can take. We sat down with staff members from the Southwest Key Unaccompanied Minors programs in California and Arizona to listen to their stories of working in the Casas.
Watch as he shares about the strong teamwork between the Southwest Key staff and how it truly takes a village to keep our work going. We are thankful for Andres and the work he puts in each day for our Unaccompanied Minors program. Find the perfect role for you! Just head to our job search page and click filter positions for your area to see our openings. You must be at least 21 years old to apply. Other requirements will be different for each opening, so we encourage you to apply for positions that feel like a good fit.
While many of our direct care positions require being bilingual in English and Spanish, there are plenty of other openings without this requirement.
However, education experience must be validated in the United States. A recruitment specialist will review your resume and application. If you meet the requirements, they will reach out to you for next steps in the interview process. One part of the hiring process, the background check, may take longer for a person that has lived out of state than for a person who has always lived in the same state.
