Staying at Hotel Stadt Wien is just like staying with family the ones you like, that is! Everything about our booking, our travel to and from and our stay was a joy that will live long in the memory.
The atmosphere around the hotel is one of fun and friendliness, thanks to every member of staff, who are the kindest and warmest people you will ever meet. The hotel was recommended to us by friends that have stayed there year on year and I promise it won't be the last time I stay with the beautiful people of Stadt Wien. Thank you for making our first ever ski trip a holiday of a lifetime. Our group were all blown away by this fantastic hotel, first impressions were great and it did not disappoint.
The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, the food was plentiful with lots of choice and excellent quality. The service was faultless, the staff were all so helpful and genuinely cared about you having a great holiday and were always happy to help. From the Buttery family, thank you so much. I have travelled quite allot but this hotel is far my favorite The staff is incredibly kind and warm make u feel like family , the food is amazing , the hotel is wow for example the sauna and pool are pure lux.
U can ski back to the hotel on an amazing path in the woods feels like a fairytale. All about this hotel is a super 10 was said to leave. People were so friendly my kids also really really enjoyed the hotel. So nice at night at the bar everybody is playing games. Wir werden auf jeden Fall bald wiederkommen. Besser geht es einfach nicht. What a wonderful holiday we had from the moment we walked into the hotel and greeted by Klaus and up until we left to go home. The service we had from all staff was excellent, both rooms were spotlessly cleaned every day and the food and meals delicious. We all had a relaxing week with you and hope to see you in the future.
