When you think of a spa, you likely picture a lovely waiting area with lounge chairs and separate rooms for massages, facials, and the like. This is only a small part of what Flow Motion has to offer.
Flow Motion is an incredible space with unique and luxurious experiences waiting for you. Pictured below is the Parlor where spa guests can sip, snack, and socialize. This is where guests can talk amongst themselves without worrying about disturbing other guests. This space is also open 30 minutes before yoga classes as a space for guests to come and relax, drink tea, and prepare for their yoga class. But more about this area later. While I have spent time in other salt caves, I have never been in one quite like this.
I got to experience a Halotherapy session inside the salt cave. During a Halotherapy session, super-fine particulates of pharmaceutical-grade salt fill the air flowing from a HaloGenerator machine. You can either sit in the salt or lie in one of their zero-gravity chairs.
