It is better to ask someone to do it for you. Draw 2 horizontal parallels markings, one on the heel side and the second on the front end of the foot.
Measure the length of the foot with a measuring tape or a ruler. Do it for both feet. To measure the width of the foot, locate the widest part of it. Surrounding all the foot with a measuring tape, obtain the width of the foot. If you do not have measuring tape, use a string. Please do above steps for both of your feet.
