I reserved a room for a party, and they gave me a room that had no AC. It was so hot that the icing on our cake began to fall. They clearly knew the room had no AC before they rented us a room because when we complained they bought in fans instead of moving us to another room.
Our hostess was walking in and out of the room chewing food while serving the guests. They gave everyone one socks and a wristband except for my son who was the birthday boy. He gave us a very small discount and never empathized for the inconvenience. When our time was up in the rented room we went out to the lobby area to let the children continue to play and a child had thrown up.
They left the throw up there for an hour until we complained. This place is the worst scam I have ever gone to. The prices are absolutely ridiculous and staff are an embarrassment. They have no respect for supervision. They claim to have supervision everywhere inside the Air park but in fact they are full of lies. Every other guest needs to pay separately to even supervise there kids!
This place is an absolute joke. Note there is no trampolines and half the attractions do not work. We played there for 2 hours and she won so many tickets but when we went to the register to get a prize they said that she didn't win any tickets!
