I offer a gentle, nurturing approach to massage, aiming to create a safe space for your body and mind to relax, unwind and settle. Clients come to me for massage for many reasons, including injury, chronic pain, stress and anxiety, aches and pains, feeling burned out or fatigued, or for general relaxation and well-being. I believe that massage offers a gentle invitation to the body to let go of whatever it is holding onto, enabling a deeply restorative experience. I am a second-degree reiki practitioner of the Usui system of natural healing and love offering the gentle healing power of reiki to my clients.
I am also a qualified breathwork instructor, specialising in nervous system regulation and emotional healing.
