We were one of the first couples to book with Hanover. Melanie has been absolutely amazing from the first day to our favorite day. She always went above and beyond to not only make sure the bride and groom were okay, but that our guests and family were taken care of. We will forever hold Hanover close to our hearts and recommend the venue to any and everyone getting married.
We picked this venue as a concrete slab putting faith into their vision of what Hanover will look like, and thank goodness we did! It lived up to everything we wanted out of a venue. Melanie helped us from day one figure out how to make our day perfect. When we learned of the fire our hearts sank as it was a month exactly after we got married.
I felt sick for Melanie and the staff that poured their heart and souls into brides and their stories. I know it will be back and better than ever to allow other brides to live out their dream day as well! The moment Grant and I got engaged, we knew that Hanover Reserve was where we wanted to get married! At the time, the venue was just being built but we knew how beautiful it was going to be. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but Melanie was a huge help and helped reduce some of that stress!
Not only did she help make sure everything was in line for the venue, she also gave us information about caterers, florists, and everything else wedding related. The day of the wedding went so smoothly because of how knowledgeable and helpful the staff was.
As a bride, you want to be able to take everything in and enjoy the day without any worries, and that is exactly what I was able to do! To this day, we still get compliments of how beautiful our venue was and how perfect the day was! Our experience at Hanover Reserve was perfect! Melanie and her staff were available to help us through every moment. The venue was perfect! The set up was amazing and flowed very well. We were so blessed and all of our guest were very complimentary of the entire day.
