A routing number is a nine-digit code used by financial institutions to identify other financial institutions. When combined with your account number, it allows institutions to locate your individual account.
The routing number, also called an ABA routing number, can be found in multiple ways. The fastest way to find your routing number is to look at the bottom of one of your personal checks. The routing number is the nine-digit number printed in the bottom left corner of each check. The easiest way is to open the app and select U. Find your routing number via online banking by logging into online banking and selecting the applicable account.
