Reception is not 24 hours, but detailed instructions for check-in are given via email. The hotel is located in a central part of the city. The staff was kind, and the breakfast was one of the most filling and tasty.

The reception staff are very courteous, open and helpful. Flats are spacious and very clean. Warm colours and modern design, almost like at home. I felt very well looked after. The apartment exceeded our expectations, you can really have a very comfortable family vacation there. We were able to reach all the sights on foot. The cooperation with the parking garage around the corner is really practical and the price is perfectly acceptable. The staff were always friendly and very accommodating.
