The Harbour is a community-based, non-profit organization committed to helping seniors, children and adults with special needs, as well as their families, by offering the help, the care and the support required to better their quality of life. Our services are offered mainly through government sponsored programs or privately.
In the first instance, the client must meet the criteria set-out for that particular program. To know more about government programs, you can contact the Department of Social Development. To purchase services privately, one of our representatives will be happy to discuss the details of the service and the costs with you.
