Jeffy was born on August 21, , in a hospital, and grew up in the deprived environment of "7 Jeffy Street" Jeffy claims, not fully proven. He never attended school due to his mom's irresponsibility and his father abandoning him, causing him to become dumb. He also lost his toes through an unknown incident, though he states his mom said they went to the market. This was seen in " Jeffy Breaks His Leg! Jeffy has been raised in poverty due to his father abandoning Jeffy alongside his mom and sister.
It's unknown why Nancy got custody even though she was abusive. As a child, he was forced to eat green beans, get locked up in a cage, watching his toys get ruined and would often get punished with a belt or being beaten by Nancy while taking care of Feebee from danger.
In addition to this harsh environment, he watches Feebee get taken by CJ, a sadistic pedophile who takes pleasure in toturing kids and having his wicked way with them. As CJ is about to molested Feebee, Jeffy grabs him by the neck with a rope and throws him out the window. After that, CJ was arrested, though Jeffy also got off with a warning and would be beaten up by Nancy as punishment.
CJ would later meet his demise when Jeffy strapped him on his monster truck and rammed it into his old house. Jeffy has gone to different places with his mom before he got abandoned, even possibly flying to Paris. Jeffy has two grandparents named Papi and Martha , the two stuck a pencil in their nose, this is what most people thought at first, until it was later confirmed in a deleted scene video , when Jeffy was a baby, Nancy told him to play with a pencil, even telling him to put it in his nose as she didn't care, which is why Jeffy keeps a pencil in his nose at all times.
