All of the stability and balance workouts has improved my make in the water. SRF really gets the body in shape. My strength, speed, balance, and most importantly confidence in the water all improved because of my training at SRF. I really love how you can tell him exactly what you want to work on and he will have a whole routine for anything you feel weak at. The different types of motions and mobility moves really help with my surfing.
His wealth of knowledge of the body combined what surfers need is unparalleled. And Paul at SRF is absolutely the best. I was able to learn moves in the gym that I then applied to my surfing for the first time ever and quickly graduated into being an adept surfer. My balance, strength, and timing are all on point.
