Advanced imaging results are released to MyChart after your physician has reviewed them. You will generally receive an answer within three business days. MyChart should not be used for urgent situations. For lengthy or multiple questions, new symptoms, new medication requests, requests to review imaging, or requests for diagnosis, do not send a message through MyChart.
Instead, please schedule an appointment. An adult patient must grant permission to another adult to view their health record in MyChart. In MyChart this permission is called proxy access and allows a person to log into their personal MyChart account and then connect to information regarding their family member.
