I know, from the numerous ISG reports, that PCs were considered rather special and sought after and I can empathize with this attitude as I never like to see a good thing go away! Regarding the "quality" of the SPs at a particular PTT, which, in itself, is such a subjective topic, it is better to personally decide this yourself using the SP photos on the websites bearing in mind transiency and the excellent descriptive reports from the visiting mongers!
