A Philadelphia doctor was arraigned Wednesday in a Montgomery County Court on charges that he illegally provided drugs for more than a year to a woman he met on a "sugar daddy" website, prosecutors said. Sean Graham Fogler, 47, an anesthesiologist, met the woman on seekingarrangements. During that time, he allegedly provided her and several of her friends heroin, fentanyl, cocaine, propofol, Xanax, Percocet, and MDMA, also know as ecstasy or Molly.
When the woman overdosed on drugs, Fogler administered Narcan, an opiod antidote, to revive her, officials said. The woman told police Fogler gave her drugs daily and that she overdosed at least once a week. He also allegedly inserted various IVs into her so she could give herself drugs because she could not stick herself with a needle.
