Leslie Logan Sadler has many years of experience working with a variety of populations. She has been a licensed professional counselor LPC in Virginia for over fifteen years.
Logan Sadler facilitates individual, couples and family therapy for those ages 14 and up. Her philosophy is that throughout life, we all face challenges, some of which we can use the support of a counselor. With the support of a counselor and the motivation of the client to create change, life circumstances can be markedly improved and personal growth, achieved.
Her areas of interest and experience include relationship issues, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, assertiveness training, bipolar, food allergies, adult survivors of abuse, and education and career difficulties. Logan Sadler primarily practices from a cognitive behavioral perspective; however, she believes that it is important to incorporate different therapeutic approaches based on the individual client's needs.
