Rating 1. Awful, the massage was great but customer service rep at front desk was VERY unprofessional. Rating 5. I have back pain and my back can actually hurt after the massage, by starting the massage with my back first, it somehow alleviated the discomfort I have right after the massage. She, also, ended with my feet, my favorite part. Rating 3. The therapist was perfectly nice and certainly competent, but I prefer firmer pressure.
It was made clear that she offered light to medium, but she was the only therapist available. Rating 4. All of the staff are friendly and attentive to their customers.
