Classes are available for all ages, schedules and fitness levels! Fun, energetic workouts designed for many fitness goals from gentle toning to intense cardio! Both our indoor lap and therapy swimming pools are heated and salt water. Salt water pools are gentler on the skin, hair, and eyes than a chemically produced chlorine pool.
