My caregiver sweeps and mops, does my laundry and dishes, cleans my bathroom and does whatever else i need. She shows up on time and get things done in a timely manner. We have a VA advocate, Michelle, who has been amazing. She's been amazing with finding help for my dad and following up with his care. The caregivers are wonderful.
They've been very helpful and gone above and beyond. They provide wonderful care and he's very happy. Scheduling has been great. They follow up. They tell us exactly what they're doing and guided us when we needed to find extra help.
I would highly recommend them. They've been wonderful to deal with. They've been so good, we haven't looked elsewhere.
We had the good fortune of being referred to Gentiva and it has allowed our mom to stay in her home. She is very active and fit and has always been fiercely independent but it was no longer safe for her to live alone. Destinee manages the team and she is fantastic. The communication is superb and she is always available. When things go off track with mom they are able to quickly redirect her.
They will do as much or as little as my mom allows but most importantly she is safe. If we could give 10 stars we would. Laundry, cooking, cleaning and other services as requested, bed is always clean and made, my weekly caregiver anticipate my needs and always encouraging me. I've been using Gentiva Personal Care for three weeks now, and I think today's the last day that I will be needing the services. I'm getting better now and I'm more independent.
