Lisa A. Perryman is board certified in colon and rectal surgery and is a fellow of both the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons. Perryman, served as the chief of general surgery at a Salt Lake City, Utah, hospital. She went on to complete a seven-year residency in general surgery at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis before finishing her fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.
