The staff are friendly and the location is perfect. Some guests have mentioned minor issues such as outdated showers and unfriendly staff in the relaxation room, but overall, the spa is top-notch. The pool and sauna areas are very pleasant and the music concept in the spa area is a nice touch. Children are not allowed in the spa, but there is a supervised playroom for parents to enjoy some relaxation time.
