I am a senior advocate and we offer seniors and their families free resources to help them to stay safe and healthy and to improve or maintain their quality of life.
We do in-home safety assessments, offer Geriatric Care Consulting, Care Management, Driving Assessments and we can refer local medical and non-medical home care.
We also can help with placement when the senior is no longer safe to be at home. I can help to find the appropriate senior living options based on budget, location, care level needs, insurance and medical diagnosed restrictions, limitations or future anticipated needs based upon medical diagnosis. We are dementia experts and we help families to navigate difficult times and unchartered territories.
It is always the families choice, as we don't make decisions for families, we help to find what feels natural and best for each specific situation. We don't charge for many of our services.
