The sites are small, which is to be expected in such a busy area, but every effort has been made to accommodate the limited space.
The pool area is great, with patio sets and loveseat- like chairs, and a huge fire pit. There are grills available to use and lots of really nice seating in and around the pool area. If you feel crowded in your own small site, there are plenty of places to go to relax and socialize.
The small dog park has a bathtub and hose if you want to give your dog a bath. Unfortunately only cold water and it was chilly during my stay so I didn't use it, but what a nice little perk! The showers are awesome and clean, as is the laundry room, and both have really hot water. Walking distance to downtown Oceanside and pretty much anything you would need, and across the street from a train station.
