Claudia Witkowski. The two of us took an Ayurveda cooking course with Balendu and another 8 participants. The introduction to Ayurveda was just right Balendu introduced us to Ayurvedic cooking with his very nice, humorous manner. Everyone was able to help out and at the same time follow what was happening elsewhere.
We were inspired and motivated to simply cook at home without having too much respect for it. The food at the end was incredibly tasty and in a very nice atmosphere. Gladly again! I had a Gharshan lymphatic massage without oil for the first time and found it very good. I arrived very stressed and left pleasantly tired and relaxed.
Only recommended - it works especially well if you wear business clothes, as they don't come into contact with oil. The environment is clean and the service, pat excellence! I did a 2 week Ayurveda treatment I had various massage treatments, all of which were very relaxing, especially the massage with the oil on the forehead Great The food was also very tasty.
A nice team. Thank you. Pleasant and relaxing. I took part in the cooking class and loved it. Balendu gives a short introduction to Ayurveda before we start cooking. We cooked 5 dishes that were prepared in such a way that you can easily recreate them at home.
You will also learn a lot about the spices and the method of preparation. And in the end everything tasted wonderful. We took part in the cooking workshop. It was very informative and very tasty. Especially the homemade cream cheese. Price-performance was right.
