Volunteers of America Delaware Valley offers emergency housing programs for clients hours a day, 7-days a week. Our low-barrier residential programs offer clients individualized assessments, service planning, and case management. Our goal is to provide residents with direct, immediate services and referrals to community-based services to set clients on path to permanent housing. From intake to discharge, case management works with residents to assess the contributing factors for their homelessness and provide the necessary services based upon their individual service plans, and develop strengths and protective factors to lead to long term stability.
