This study examines the challenges of translating Sibawayh's treatise on? It introduces a rich translation format that incorporates Arabic terms with English translations to facilitate understanding, thus catering to experts and non-experts alike.
The treatise includes a systematic approach to the subject matter and highlights dialectal differences, with comprehensive addenda such as glossaries and indexes to enhance reader comprehension. The Routledge Handbook of Arabic Translation, A total of eighteen papers were presented at the symposium; of these, eight are published in this volume.
The papers presented at the symposium were selected on the basis of an anonymous review of abstracts submitted to the Program Committee. The papers included in the volume were further reviewed by the editor before their final acceptance for publication.
