Police were investigating reports Wednesday that two year-old girls may have been raped in an Oxnard apartment after an all-day drinking party with a number of students who had cut class together, authorities said.
The other girl said she was uncertain because of the amount of alcohol they had consumed. The girls told officers who responded to a distress call that two or three male juveniles might have raped them sometime between 3 and 4 p. After receiving the results of medical examinations, police decided to conduct further investigations and interview suspects and others who were at the party on Wednesday, Neitzel said.
