I had a very relaxing, pleasant massage. I could feel the pressure along my lymphatic system easing with every touch. I love love love Keegan. She is so great at getting to the problem and ensuring my comfort. Always a wonderful experience with her massages.

Lisa is always in tune with what my body needs. Great experience. Return to Harmony is a beautiful and clean facility. My therapist, Scott, was amazing. He asked a lot of questions to make sure he worked out the correct muscles and checked in often to make sure I was comfortable with the pressure of the massage. I will definitely be returning soon. My lymphatic massage was very relaxing and helpful in my healing of my sprained ankle. I can see my son really benefitting as he transitions from sport to sport with the right recovery plan and treatment.
