Date February 16 Time 2 pm Immersive full-body and meditative experience. Class starts with a gentle flow to move your body, followed by stillness and sound waves. Each singing bow is tuned to a certain frequency in correspondence to those of the 7 main chakras, benefiting both the body and the mind in a blissfull sound bath. This is a 75 min class.
