Bridgette Matter , Reporter. Surveillance video shows year-old Keith Hill Jr. Detectives say Hill attacked the victim at around 1 a. Authorities said Sunny Isles police recognized Hill from a previous encounter at a local park the day before the alleged attack, and Hollywood officers later spotted him on the beach.
Hill, who is a registered sex offender who recently moved from Illinois, is being held at the Broward County Jail and is expected to be extradited to a Miami-Dade County jail. He has refused to appear in bond court as of Tuesday. According to his profile , Hill was 21 years old when he was convicted of two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a victim between the ages of 13 and He was also convicted of a violation of the sex offender registration. He is expected to face additional charges for the latest crime.
