A saving throw represents an attempt to resist or overcome a spell, trap, poison, disease, obstacle, or similar threat. There are no cheat codes to get you past the difficulties we all sometimes face.
Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or just need help processing through what life is currently throwing at you, we are here to help. Individual sessions are available to pre-teens, teens, and adults who are looking to build coping skills and uncover their inner strengths to better handle challenges in their life. Groups consist of up to six children and are focused on addressing individual goals within the group setting to include social skills, anxiety, depression, teamwork, and communication.
A pre-group individual intake session is required before starting group to discuss therapy goals, complete intake, and create a character for the group.
