Johan has been making natural wine for along time but when the movement became popular they changed their labels up be less traditional and more artistic and then…BAM!
Now people, after soooo long, are finally getting it! Very dry bubbly with root vegetables, popcorn kernels, and a strawberry nose that finishes very savory.
You'll love it! These bubbles are pretty badass and in a blind tasting I could swear this wine is a real Champagne from the Champagne version of France. I say put on your most expensive outfit, all your jewelry, and invite your friends over to pop this baby open and cheers to the good life.
