We have a new house and the garage door opener was not the size motor needed for a heavy door, so Precision replaced the garage door opener and the spring. They also made repairs to stop a popping noise the door made when it opened. The technician was great. He was very polite, respectful, and knowledgable of what was needed to be done and how to get the work done.

A service person is bringing me a lock for the door with the opener so I can get in if something happens to the power. Everyone involved in the process has been Great.
