The founders started with a small motel in Waco, Texas, educating themselves in the industry and with the proper skills have grown to become a truly professional Management Company, to rival many others across the country.
Having built a superior management team, BH Hospitality Management, LLC is dedicated to the success of each of its properties, to include, the quality, market performance, profitability and asset protection. In this capacity, he has supervised the development and operation of multiple hotels located across Texas.
He brings a level of excellence relating to the hotel industry such as market analysis, operations and financial management, and marketing. Patel, a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University, obtained a degree in Accounting in and has utilized his knowledge to produce and manage award winning and profitable hotels. Like the CEO, BJ is the co-owner of BH Hospitality Management, and is responsible for all land acquisitions, franchise agreements, design and development of all the hotels with the portfolio.
