The new constitution is modelled after the recommendations from the Charity Commision and provides several benefits to the leadership and operations of the society as the governing structure becomes simpler, unified and easier to maintain. As a result, three new Trustees and a new Treasurer were appointed. In addition to these roles, new secretaries have also been appointed by the Trustees to focus on different areas of the society's operations.
