Would highly recommend! I purchased a 2 hour massage for my mom and she came back an changed woman. She was a little achy the next day but I encouraged water, green tea, and a heating pad. She has been more than happy with the experience and I would recommend. I had an amazing massage with Nicole. I would highly recommend exhale intuitive wellness for your massage needs. Nicole was wonderful. So kind and genuine. This was my first massage EVER. She walked me through what to expect and answered any questions I had.
