A former police sergeant who claims he has a 'foot fetish' allegedly had sex with junior officers inside their station. Adam Reed is accused of secretly taking photos of a female colleague's feet, only to later admit doing so because he had a "foot fetish". It is also alleged that he had a female colleague perform a sex act on him inside the police station. PC Jemma Dicks, 28, allegedly carried out the sex acts at "various locations and dates" with her married sergeant in their busy city centre police station over a ten-month affair.
He is also separately accused of allegedly having sex with an unnamed police community support officer while on duty at Cardiff Central police station on May 29, Both Reed and Dicks now face a disciplinary hearing with top brass from the South Wales force for "discreditable conduct".
One former colleague said: "Everybody suspected something was going on - Adam lost a load of weight and even grew a trendy beard. He was infatuated with her. That's when it all came out what they've been up to in the station. Reed will face a misconduct hearing and is due to answer to three alleged breaches of conduct next week in relation to authority, respect and courtesy, duties and responsibilities, and discreditable conduct.
Details of the allegations facing Reed, published on South Wales Police's website, said he allegedly had sex with an unnamed police community support officer while on duty at Cardiff Central police station on May 29 It is also alleged that he received oral sex from colleague PC Jemma Dicks on various dates between November and August at the same station.
Then on October 9, , Reed is accused of using his phone to covertly take photographs of the feet of a female officer from the force's professional standards department while she was in his office. Details of the allegations say: "He has since disclosed that he did so because he has a foot fetish. The professional standards officer was speaking to Reed in relation to a matter he had referred to the department involving PC Dicks.
