Carolyn Wadkins graduated from the Arizona School of Massage Therapy in and specializes in Swedish relaxation intermixed with cranial sacral techniques.
She enjoys swimming in the ocean, upcycling clothing, and singing with friends. Carolyn is originally from Iowa. Some of her specialties include deep tissue, therapeutic focus on trauma patients, relaxation, prenatal, wellness, and maintenance massage.
She also has experience in reflexology, Thai massage, and therapy stretching. Outside of work, she loves maintaining her balance through yoga, visiting her family in New Mexico, and taking her fur babies on hikes in the mountains. Stacey graduated from Southeastern Massage Institute in and furthered her training when she went to India to study ayurvedic medicine and holistic massage and spa techniques in Her style is a mix of Swedish and ayurvedic relaxation and will leave you relaxed, refreshed, and limber.
