It's like that everywhere. Up until their 40s, the dating scene is very rough for men, because there are more single men than women. There are boys for every girls at birth, and the ratio doesn't balance out until later in life.
Young men, unless they are tall and good-looking, usually have to wait before things can start looking up romantically for them.

I stay in the game 'cause I graduated from Wyoming High. Woe betide an out-of-towner, unless they're from a place that's famous for the right reasons. When people ask me where I went to school I'm not even referring to dating, just in general , I always answer with Northern Kentucky University, because I know it drives the other person nuts.
